Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL
The SiEBEN Cosmetics CLUB Loyalty Program has been created by SiEBEN Cosmetics (hereinafter the “Company”), whose registered offices are located in Kifisia, Attica at 20 Kaliftaki St (postal code: 14534), and is aimed at adult customers of SiEBEN Cosmetics stores, adult users of the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (siebencosmeticsclub.gr) and the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile application (or “app”).
SiEBEN Cosmetics CLUB Loyalty Program (hereinafter the “Program”) offers its members purchase rewards, special offers, advance information about new products, participation in competitions and prize draws, and other benefits as specified below. By signing and submitting the application form for the Program (either physically or electronically), the applicant declares that she/he is aware of the following terms and conditions and fully and unreservedly accepts that they exclusively regulate his/her rights and any obligations she/he may have as a member of the Program.
Any natural person over the age of 18 is entitled to join the Program. Membership does not extend to legal entities in any form or companies of any kind, including sole proprietorships. Membership is free of charge and personal, and cannot be transferred or assigned.
2. SiEBEN Cosmetics CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM REGISTRATION
2.1 Only individual customers of SiEBEN Cosmetics stores or users of the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (siebencosmeticsclub.gr) or the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app can register for the Program. Physical or electronic applications to join the Program cannot be submitted in two or more names.
Employees of SiEBEN Cosmetics can also join the scheme but will not be permitted to take part in any prize draws or claim any prizes in competitions related to the Program.
Registration can take place :
at any physical store the network of SiEBEN Cosmetics stores participating in the Program, through completion of the physical consent form which customers can ask for and submit exclusively at SiEBEN Cosmetics stores participating in the Program in Greece.
Customers wishing to join the Program must fill in their full details in the “Personal information” part of the consent form and then sign it.
Once it has been checked that the information on the form is correct, an SMS text message will be sent to the customer (hereinafter the “Member”), confirming that she/he has successfully registered for the Program and allowing him/her access to the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) and SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app.

Once the registration process is complete, the member will immediately receive an account with a unique number and must agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Program. For the registration process to be valid, the customer must fill in the mandatory fields as specified in each case.
2.2 Membership and any benefits received cannot be transferred or assigned for any reason or in any way.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.
2.4 The Company has the right to cancel membership of the Program at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) the following instances in which a Member: does not comply with one of the terms and conditions, provides incorrect information, does not comply with the terms and conditions for rewards under the scheme, or abuses any of the privileges she/he receives as a Member.
3. THE ACCOUNT
3.1 When registering for the Program, each Member acquires an account which is credited with the Points for his/her purchases.
3.2 The Member has a unique Member Code linked to his/her Account.
3.3 Members can access information their accounts on the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) and/or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app with a unique username and password.
4. SiEBEN Cosmetics CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD
4.1 A Member applying for membership of the Program between the start of the scheme and 23/9/2019 (hereinafter the “Cardholder”), is a holder of the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club card. The card is provided free of charge by the Company and:
- is not a credit or debit card. The member cannot perform monetary transactions by showing it. The card is a means of identifying the member so that she/he can enjoy benefits that will be determined and disclosed by the Company.
- is and remains the property of the company and the cardholder is obliged to return it if requested to do so. In this case, the Points will automatically be cancelled and cannot be redeemed.
- cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.
The Card, the Points and the right to a discount, gift or refund cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for money.
The cardholder must inform the company in writing in the case of the card being lost or damaged, in order to prevent it being used fraudulently. All the points and benefits of the lost or stolen Card will remain credited to the Member’s account on the basis of the data stored electronically on the Program system, provided the system recognises the applicant as the original Cardholder.
4.2 From 23/9/2019, a Member’s account will automatically be credited with the points for his/her purchases without a card needing to be issued and/or used, provided that the Member:
- informs the store staff that she/he is a SiEBEN Cosmetics Club member (before the purchase is completed),
- o gives the mobile phone number used when registering SiEBEN Cosmetics Club.
In addition, to access the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app, the Member must use:
- in the “Username” field: the mobile phone number used when registering SiEBEN Cosmetics Club,
- in the “Password” field: the code received by SMS text message after registering SiEBEN Cosmetics Club.
If the Member changes the Password in the Profile section of the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app, she/he must use the new Password the next time she/he enters the website or the mobile app.
5. CHANGE OF MEMBERS’ INFORMATION
In the event of the Member’s personal circumstances changing after registering the Program, she/he must immediately change his/her personal information so that it is true and complete. Personal information can be changed in the “Profile” section of the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app.
6. CANCEL OR DELETE MEMBERSHIP
6.1 The Member may withdraw from the Program at any time. In this event, she/he will need to contact us by:
- letter, at SiEBEN Cosmetics, CRM Department, 20 Kaliftaki St., Kifisia, Attica, ZIP 14534 or
- email at siebencosmeticsclub@siebencosmetics.gr or
- using the communication form.
After the communication is received, membership will be cancelled and the Member will lose the previous benefits of membership.
6.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel membership of the Program and any benefits if the member has not abided by the terms of participation or abuses the Program.
7. THE PROGRAM – POINTS
7.1 The Member earns points on the basis of purchases made in any physical store in the network of SiEBEN Cosmetics stores participating in the Program, as specified in the list, and as specified in each individual points scheme. All purchases must be made using approved payment methods.
7.2 Approved payment methods are those that the company specifies at times at its discretion.

7.4. The points scheme is activated when the Member registers with the Program. Purchase points collected before the application for registration is made are not added to the Member’s account. Subject to the provisions under condition 9 below, under the Program, the Member will receive 1 (one) point for every €1 of purchases made as a member of the Program, once his/her participation in the Program is verified.
7.5. A Member’s account is automatically credited with the points for his/her purchases, provided that the Member:
- informs the store staff that she/he is a SiEBEN Cosmetics Club member (before the purchase is completed),
- gives the mobile phone number used when registering.
When the transaction is completed, the points will be recorded and added to the Member’s account. Points cannot be added retroactively. Purchases made without the member’s information being given do not earn points and can in no circumstances be recorded retroactively.
Points not linked with purchases (e.g. birthday points) are added to the Member’s account automatically.
7.6. Membership and any benefits received cannot be transferred or assigned for any reason or in any way. Points cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and can only be used as specified in these terms and conditions.
7.7. The Company is not liable for technical or other errors and problems which may not allow points to be added to a member’s account.
7.8. The Company reserves the right to remove points added in error to a Member’s account.
7.9. The Company reserves the right to cancel any points not redeemed within 24 months of the date of the transaction from which they were earned. Members will be notified by the company of the number of points that are due to expire and the date of expiry one (1) month in advance either by email sent to the email address stated in their application or by text message (SMS/Viber) sent to their mobile phone.
8. THE PROGRAM – POINTS REDEMPTION
8.1 The member is entitled to redeem (some or all of his/her points) when she/he has collected the number of points required for a reward (voucher or gift) during the dates that each individual scheme is operating. In this event, she/he will select and order the gift from the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app.
8.2. The gift that the Member has ordered will be sent to his/her chosen address, which can be entered and/or changed on the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website (www.siebencosmeticsclub.gr) or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app before the order is completed.
The gift can be sent at any time within the dates that the Program is operating.
Earned points used in whole or in part by the Member will be deducted from the Member’s account. Once the gift is ordered, the required points will be removed from the Member’s account. Once received, the gift cannot be returned.
The point levels and corresponding gifts for each scheme will be announced before it begins. In addition, the Member can see the points corresponding to each gift in the “Gifts” section of the SiEBEN Cosmetics Club website or SiEBEN Cosmetics Club mobile app.
8.3 The Member is not permitted to combine points from more than one card/registration/account in order to claim a gift.
8.4 The person who claims the gift must be either the Member or a person authorised by the Member to request and receive the gift.
8.5 Gifts cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, given to another person or used in a manner other than that specified in these terms and conditions.
8.6 The Company may at any time, at its discretion and without prior notice, withdraw, restrict, change, cancel or increase the available gifts or change the number of points required to claim them.
9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or terminate the Scheme without prior notice.
9.2. Without limitation to paragraph 9.1, the Company may at any time, at its discretion and without any prior notice, cancel points, set an expiry date for the use of the points credited to a Member’s Account or make any other change resulting in a change to the points that have or will be credited to a Member’s Account.
9.3. Without limitation to paragraph 9.1, the Company may at any time, at its discretion and without any prior notice, change or modify which products and services are purchases that earn points, the number of points to be credited to the Member’s Account for these purchases, which payment methods are approved for earning points, and which stores are participating in the Program.
9.4. The Company has the right to terminate the Program at any time and without prior notice. The Company cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the postponement or termination of the Program, including cancelation of points already credited to Members’ Accounts when the Program is postponed or terminated.
9.5. In the event of the Program being terminated, points that remain credited to Members’ Accounts are considered invalid, cannot under any circumstances be redeemed, and the Company bears no responsibility to Members for them.
9.6. The Company will aim to notify Members of changes to the Scheme in good time, but will not be held responsible if this is not possible.
9.7. The Company will bear no responsibility or liability for any taxation of benefits or gifts or any other expenses arising from benefits or gifts received by members of the Program.
9.8. The Company will bear or assume no liability to any Member for any damage occurring, directly or indirectly, from the operation of the Program and/or any termination thereof.
9.9. The terms and conditions of each individual scheme are subject to the terms and conditions herein.
10. CONTACT
The Company will contact Members on matters concerning the Program using the contact information declared during registration. The Company will bear no responsibility if the details are incorrect or if it has not been notified of any changes.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Company and its employees shall not be in any way liable for:
- the use of an account by a person other than the Member and any advantage accruing to said person from such use (e.g. claim of a voucher or gift),
- the Member not informing (for any reason) the store staff that she/he is a Member, and/or not declaring his/her mobile phone number before the purchase is completed,
- any delay, failure or inability to credit points to a Member’s Account,
- loss, theft or damage of a voucher or gift,
- gifts or rewards that are unavailable for any reason,
- delayed or lost correspondence between the Company and the Member,
- the cancellation or postponement of the Program,
- any malfunction of the Program,
- delay or inability to deliver vouchers, gifts or rewards for reasons beyond the control of the Company,
- the inability to inform Members who declare in writing or electronically that “they do not wish to be informed”.
12. JURISDICTION
In case of dispute that cannot be settled by conciliation, the Greek courts in Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction in which the parties have disputes, will be competent.
